today at the climbing cave I could literally feel my tendons in my forearms tightening and pulsing cause I was working them so hard! it feels like they take up a lot more space in my forearm now than they used to, like it’s getting filled out. a good thing!
not to mention, my biceps are starting to get a bit more definition.. I saw myself open my water bottle in the mirror today and laughed at my little strip of muscle that bulged out! anybody have suggestions for how to work on my triceps?Posted on September 23rd at 11:47 PM
